Right on the edge of the village, but only minutes from the main A6, our house benefits from a peaceful location with views over medieval ridge and furrow fields, yet it’s still in easy distance from the village amenities in fact our local award winning Italian restaurant Boboli is only a 2 minute stroll up the road.  

Our B&B rooms are all on the ground floor and have immediate access to outside through patio doors, giving you the comfort of being in a family home but the privacy to come and go as you please.  We really wanted our rooms to stand out against the commercial hotels of the area so we have designed them in different, distinct styles whilst maintaining high comfort and quality throughout.  In all our rooms you will find high thread count Egyptian bedding, huge towels, gowns and slippers and quality toiletries.  We have provided each room with a smart TV and a fully stocked hospitality tray with homemade goodies. 

Our breakfast area is spacious and modern, and when we are blessed with a bit of sun there is always the option to eat with the doors open onto the garden. Indeed Room 1 has it’s own outside eating area and sun loungers.
